This is a super late update, Doujin Overload happened like in mid July. haha.
Basically Doujin overload is a Graphic novel convention designed for fans of graphic novels, duh.. there are graphic novels and figurines for sale, costume play events, performances e.g. dance, singing, acting.
Went there with Msian friends, helped Alena (kiwi asian friend i met on plane) with the dance performance, learned the dance steps 15 minutes b4 the actual performance. haha. XD See mum, I really like to dance, n have quite a nack for it too! That's Y i've always performed in high school n college. =)
some pictures:
Alena is the one with pink hair, she is cosplaying as Urahara from Bleach, on the far left is hijrah, on far right is me, beside me is Illina (she is a sportswomen, very skilled in soccer, ice hockey, n netball)
Me and Hijrah's friend. (sorry... I couldnt rmb the name.. very bad with names..)
Left: Becky, Right: me. Becky is cosplaying as em.. i forgot.. omg, but the hair looks like Cloud Strife's from Final Fantasy VII. Love the look~ !
Left: Becky, Mid: Alena, Right: me ~kisses~ =D
Neko (cat) pose. XD
me and .. gosh i forgot her name too... but I know she is cosplaying as Misa Amane form Death Note. She's really tall too! wow, same height as my brother? And she is wearing flats!! Gosh..

Mission Bay No.2
haha!!!!!! I've conquered mission bay!!!!
i ran there today!!! yay~~~ wow what a accomplishment!!!!!!!!!
of course, my 'ran' = jog? haha, yes, i noe, i'm slow. x_X
Stupid sky wanted to rain, good thing it just showered a little n thank God thank Godx 1000000 it stopped after a while.
The last trip to mission bay failed due to lousy weather. stupid sky started pouring, and i had no choice but to turn back as it was too heavy. I wanted to go on, cos I know getting drenched in NZ's rain wont make u sick, but really the rain was so heavy my entire body was soaked in a minutes time. And I had to drag myself home in dripping wet clothes n soaked shoes not to mentioned soaked mp3 player- which surprisingly did not fail me, aaah such reliable subject, it is a Sony, cheers for Sony!
I'm gonna try to keep up my running schedule, since it can burn calories (yes, vain.. i know) n good for health. But I think when my assignment comes I'll be sitting on my chair instead of working out...==.. gee, i have to learn to NOT be so extreme...
Nowadays, i prefer to run outdoors, as the air is better (when there are no cars passing by) and it more relaxing than running on treadmill. Treadmill is like torture..haha, or prob that is because i torture myself.. haha.
Then again maybe its because I'm sick of running on treadmills. But i think its good to mixed it up, indoor n outdoor running. Different kind of feelling.
I realized, my outdoor songs are not suitable on treadmill as treadmill's song needs to be faster n harder. haha. So, i'm guessing i run slower outdoors than indoors. haha. which means i slack more for outdoors. haha. No wonder i like outdoors more. lol.
My experiment of not doing any workout for the past month, resulted in a frequent em.. back pain?? or like i dunno, some kind of sore-ness around the hamstring (because i sit cross legged for hours). Weird.. maybe its my sleeping position? I dont remember having any of those symptoms when i workout though.
Yay, holidays are over!!! (i hate holidays) hahahahaha, no more spending money cos bored..hv been spending more than usual during holidays.. mostly on food ..haha sushies... n drinks.. pearl milk tea.. Yay~! lectures on monday!! yay, knowledge!
Yesterday i walked all the way to Parnell st. Checked out some old historical buildings, and the famous shopping center at Newmarket. I wish there are more historical buildings around. Its really an eye opener, and plus u get to learn stuff too!
There is a bus to Parnell n Newmarket actually, but i prefer to walk really. Its much nicer walking in a nice weather and checking out each building, shops, as u pass by. Plus u get to know the place better too.
Returning to my ran to mission bay today, as i pass by the ocean, there view is so relaxing! looking at the canoes, the sails, the clear waters splashing up the banks, the stretch of soil at the bank extending towards the sea in a bended arrow shape, the birds at on the shore pecking at the sand, etc.
Also, one of the reasons i like running out, is that u get to see other runners too, and cyclist. They can be a good source of motivation! Just by looking at how they run, the way they lift their feet, the springiness and lightness of their steps, etc. And what i do is imitate them, and run behind them, so they become some sort of leader, that prevents me from resting too often. hehe.
But of course la, i only imitate for that moment, not to say that my running has become as good or better. haha.
I realize i tend to learn faster or do better when there is somebody demonstrating
e.g dancing. If there is a good leader guiding, then my movements will go up a notch!
There is this indian dance we are doing for the coming international night event, and after watching the real dance on youtube, my interpretation improved.
In M'sia, b4 boxing class i'll sometimes watch a fight b4 going for class, so that i'll get a better feel of rhythm during sparring session. SO u can tell if i have watched any vids b4 I spar..if the sparring is shit means i did not watch. lol.
But that doesnt work if i do it often, it has to retain a certain freshness to it (the clip or watever i'm using as guide).
guess that is it for now. I bet my calves will hurt tmr. hamstrings are sore now. lol.

Mission Bay
Went to Mission Bay with Ann yesterday, she's from Beijing.
Took a bus there and took pictures and walked back... which took us erm.. i didnt really estimate the time but i think around 2 hours? Its pretty far, plus on the way back we kept taking pictures. A bus journey from Britomart to Mission Bay will take approx 15minutes, on the high way.
Today I attempted running mission bay, (u noe la, if u say u run there, people will O_O ma lol) But then when I i'm just about to cross the bridge, stupid sky started raining.. I thought its the usual drizzle so i continued running then it started raining VERY heavily.. so i changed my mind and ran back. By the time i reached home i was drenched, it's like i've just came out of a swimming pool. ==lll
Getting drenched under NZ's rain wont make u sick, unlike msia. SO its really quite fun to run under the rain! Different kind of experience! But then agian its not really fun running carrying the weight of your wet cloths, ugh so heavy..

Malaysian Ball
Went for the Malaysian Ball at Rendezvous hotel.
was in the fashion show program, it was fun! I had to model two dresses:
- 1st was a rather elegant dress: it is made of silk- knee length, high waist, dark colored (mainly green and black)- with somekind of flower/ circle pattern on the it.
- 2nd is a rockish dress: it is black with sequins on the top, bosom part, chiffon bottom with black linings beneath. This dress was matched with a pair of boots, some bangles, and beads. (I had to wear a black undie underneath cos the dress was pretty short and the lining wasnt thick enough.)
Comments from friends are: "u looked so fierce for the 2nd dress, totally in character!"
I was told that the audience became quiet when I came out cos I looked like somebody killed my husband. hahahaha.... ok, she didnt really say that, but she said I was cool and looked fierce?? hahaha. So, it's either my stage presence of exceeding coolness that causes that or I'm too unfriendly? hopefully it's not the latter. haha
oh, my makeup probably boost my fierce-nest, like 80%. cos the makeup artist used dark brown smoky eyes effect, dark eyeliner, and dark bloody red lips. Plus my hair is curled and messed up.
I personally think that I look like a vampire. haha.
oh and the camera guy- his name is Yang, is soo cute!! aaaahhh!! hahahahaha. He's 16yrs old.. ==lll cute as in, he has the jappy/ korean hairstyle and overall good fashion look. And a gentle voice, lol.. total bishionen~ the uke one too! ahaha.. can put inside manga. omg, hope that he doesnt read this or he'll prob kill me.
ok, btw, that is just my crazy obsession with pretty boys.. so yeah, it's not like I'm falling in love with him or anything.
The rest of the performances are a skit and band.
there are 3 bands, all with different type of songs. 1st one is the 'heavy rock/metal' band, 2nd is the 'jazz, slow dance' band, 3rd is the 'old skool' band.
the skit was really funny, bout malaysian idol and stuff, there is also a 'joker' (from batman)in it. The joker's good, very funny.
Now the food,...
maincourse is great, few kinds of salads for u to choose from, mutton with curry, fish, salmon..etc
desert was ok.. the apple pie is nice, but the others such as the passion fruit mousse, pavlova with kiwi fruit, walnut cake?, custart pie?, are all toooooo sweet. My friend can practically feel the grains of sugar in the pavlova.
U should see how me n my 2 friends get the deserts.. haha, we are like, okay, so here is a slice of cake, lets cut it into 3pieces and each take one.. and i'll be like: "i want the smallest!!"
Oh during one of the band performance, the slow dance one, it is such a torture for the singles.. aaah so jealous! I also wanna dance!
It irritates me to see other lovey dovey couples in their own little world. and then u start thinking bout ur sad life. bla. where is mine??? bloody hell...
Yeah so that's about it.. pictures will be uploaded soon. when i get it form my friend.

Shopping!
Yay, went for shopping with aunt Rachel at a second hand shop in north cote!
Wow, things are really cheap there, and good quality too! I don't mind at all buying from places like these! XD XD XD
There sooo many choices that u can practically spend the whole day shopping there!
Aunt Rachel was very helpful, we choose the clothings together, and got like a whole bunch of clothes in the trolley!
Went o the fitting room to try everything out, it's good that aunt Rachel stood outside and passed me clothes as i tried it on, this the first time I experience buying clothes with a partner, and the fun of it! I hope aunt Rachel's not bored..==lll since I'm doing most of the shopping. ^_^; i'm so glad she's there to help me~
I bought 3 tops, 1 skirt, 1 rainproof jacket, 1 handbag for 47 nz! The best thing was the jacket was on special n I got it 1/2 price! It cos only 7 nz!! And it's of good quality n on top of that looks really smart too!! Two of the tops r branded too! U wouldnt get this price in Malaysia~
We proceeed to Aunt Rachel's house n had some tea. We had some cookies too, both made by aunt Rachel herself! wow! It's really delicious! She made two, lemon and oatmeal cookie (consist of sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, chocolate chips,n oatmeal. It's superb! I was gonna suggest her to start a homemade cookies line. haha. But I think it's not easy making it on your own, especially if u r making a lot. ooh, we had english tea too! waah!!! English tea n cookies !!! That's sooo english! haha. I've always wonder how it feels like doin that- I've only read that i novels. Ahhh~~ and eating that in a homely surrounding, with relatives, on a small white table, looking out the kitchen window towards the garden, cool wheather, waaaah~~~~~~ dai sukiiiii!!!!!!
I really love the wheather here!!! Well, maybe I should wait till winter before saying that, haha. i heard it's gonna rain a looot. ==lll
But the air is really good over here! I never had sinus at all! waaah!
Oh, I borrowed some Santa Clause clothing, a toy knife, and a bandana from Aunt Rachel! haha. Because our hostel is having a 'S' themed 'party' next Friday. We are suppose to dress up as anything that starts with an 'S'. hmm, santa clasus (kind of hot though the costume, maybe i'll go for Sinbad. I'll need a sword for that though.
Before dropping me home, we went to WoolWorth to get some plug in mosquitoe repellant, n adapter.
Tried the adapter back home, ahh, can't fit in the mosquitoe repellant, stupid furnishing blocking~~~ boo hoo~~ T_T
SO overall, today is like a shopping day, haha. But really felt the pinch when they swipe the card, haha.. it's a good experience, manage n budgeting ur $$.
There is a danger of overspending though, because it's a card n u can't see the amount. Need to be reeeaaally careful.
I serioously need to be more kiam siap, seriously. Save save save!!! SAVE!
I can actually spend a lot of money if I don't control. Not mentioning being reeally wild, n uncontrollable.
haha, that's y I'm always so uptight bout certain things. Such as Diet, excercise, going out, partying.. etc.
ANd yes it does takes a lot of fun away.
And it make me a little anti social too. ==lll
Gee... I'm so asian. lol.
hmm, nowadays, I'm quite anti social in the dining hall, haha, lazy to go mix around liao. It's always the same questions.. "hi, where u from? what u studying? how do u find it here?..etc" blaa... and forget the fellow's name two seconds later. heck, forget everything after dinner. oohoh, n when u ask questions, they will always go "huh?" *u repeat Q* again they go "huh?" ... then only get it when u repeat it the 3rd /4th time. *swt* maybe it's the noise/ different accent/ I memang very hard to understand- I do have a tendency to talk gibberish, cos wanted go right to the point, n brain talking but didnt come out fr the mouth; only part of it came out.==lll

NICAI orientation, Formal nite
It's the National Institute of Creative Arts and Industries (NICAI) orientation today.
That means I have to go too.
It was ok, except for the loong (15 mins actually, but felt very long) introduciton to NICAI n it's goals... ==ll Aiya, dun need to tell intro that la, i mean like, we have already joined the programme ma, it sounds like she is promoting this programme to non auckland Uni students. Soooo sian, nearly fell asleep.
One of the activities is the amazing race competition. Didnt really felt like doin it cos my stomach's empty and growling. haha. But Tim seems (he's from IH too n doin the same programme) to be very eager bout it. I tagged along, it's an individual task la, but we team up; too bad for me, this time no 2nd year friends to help out..haha. SO both of us blur la a bit, good thing we teamed up, at least I felt more confident. He not as blur as me la..haha.
We are supposed to do tasks that requires you to run around the NICAI buildings- which I'm have absolutely no idea where is where. I know where the boxing , gym, n shopping places are la. haha. Plus the fact that the Buildings themselves are weird, i's not really easy to find ur way around. The structures are weird (well it IS an arts building)..@_@
Anyway, after asking a few people for directions n answers haha, we finally finished the tasks. We ran to the place to hand it in, and realize that u dun have to rush actually, cos as long as u pass it before 1.45pm it's ok. Dang, so we ran for nothing? haha. Good workout though.
Had barbecued tofu sausage n some salad for lunch, with a Jazz band playing background music. Then we had, some questions n answer sessions, where u win prizes. Didnt win anything, was close though. But nvm, that's not the whole point of this orientation anyway, at least I get to strenghten my ties with Tim. haha, I sound like a politician or smth. teruknya~~
Tim was nice enough to bring me to put in credits for my printing n photostating account. Cos I have no idea where it is. haha. And nice of him to ask whether I had anything else I wanted to check out or do. Wah, so helpful, i was thinking he'll head back after the orientation. He actually helped me in the music library too, asking whether i want to print the enrolment page out, cos I was doin it the traditional way, pen n paper. haha. ==lll That is when we realize I don't have $$ in my account.
We had, formal dinner today, I wore my blue cheongsam, with a black slacks, wore contacts n some light makeup. haha, I guess this is the first time my friends see me dressed so proper? Not in my usual 3 quarter pants n T shirt. haha. See~ I can look pretty too, if i wan to. =p
It's quite fun, drank some wine, and tried NZ's famous desert, pavlova - a large meringue filled with whipped cream. It's very sweet... wah, malaysian oso tak tahan. Good to eat when u have large sugar cravings, u will just need to have one or two tablespoonful of it.
That means I have to go too.

Good to eat when u have large sugar cravings, u will just need to have one or two tablespoonful of it.
new friends!
hehe, met a new friend through alena today.
She came visiting in the afternoon, i was free cos didnt go for the long bay beach trip. cos 'm stingy and i kind of still have my period. although surprisingly very little. i think it lasted only for 3-4 days? weird.
So, alena, we watched some animes n pvs, wow, uruha's really pretty! i'm mean like, how often do u find guys with pouty lips? not mentioning his erm, sexy thighs?? haah. but i have to say that sakito from Nightmare has the nicest midrift. Oh, the animes were hilarious! it's so random! lol
walked Alena to the bus stop, and met John there. He's something like a family friend of hers'. It seems that John plays in the french horn in the youth orchestra, wow, and he's studying masters for civil engineering, and seems to be an ardent christian too! O_O
He is supposed to go for an orchestra like in 3.5 hours time. So we lepak around la, he toured me around the music faculty; we went to the practice rooms and he played forest gump by memory on piano. He's not a pianist, he only learned that piece cos he likes it a lot. It's like so random, he just finds a room and plays it, wow!
Then we proceed to the business building, which is new. We sat at the sofas on the top floor, n chat about how his parents came to NZ during the recession (parents r M'sian), their struggles, NZ education, life, Malaysian ed. sys, stupid quota stuffs, food, he can cook! haha. unlike me, steam everything, gau dim. ==lll
Went back to International House for dinner together. I didnt know that non IH students can eat here too, they can get coupons in sets of ten meals. It's cheaper than eating out, cos around 5-6 NZ i think. Eating out will cos aound 8-10nz. It's cheap and u get a balance diet, lots of veggies, meat, and fruits. Sometimes with deserts.
Great to have met him, and Alena otherwise my day will be a real boring one cos I did not join the trip to longbay beach. U need to get the 'o week ticket' which cos 40 nz. it consist of a couple of trips such as the museum trip, longbay beach, rainbow's end (theme park), S party. 40 nz is like 100 ringgit! ok, i'm kind of the kiam siap la, but i can think of so many things to do with that 40 nz. haha. such as buying my drugs.

NZ
ok, for everybody, that's wondering y there's nothing comin from me. THis is the update.
1st day- tired, hungry, bluuur, (alien surrounding, made new friend in airport just before boarding- sat tgt cos i have two seats, she's fr NZ n she's chinese n she's into animes, jrock.., waited veeery long for luggage, took long time to unpack, super irritated cos hp not working, even when aunt call fr auckland itself, can't contact through voipbuster too cos didnt get the code right, plus i'm tired n hungry (didnt have lunch) so can't think clearly, n mum keep bugging me bout contacting her, n i have other things to worry about such as bnk account, payments, n stuffs. Missed dinner, cos the smart ass chef wanted to leave early n didnt put up notice, WTF?? even the Resident Assistant told me the wrong time (guess she doesnt know), damn hungry , go out and buy can tuna- pissed off cos i dun wanna spend money. oh, and my toes hurt like hell cos shoes not fitting properly. =( (hav blisters the next few days- which i poked it open, n it healed)
2nd day- did all the bothersome stuffs, bank account, get hangers, n some other misc stuff. Walked around the city area, checked out boxing studio, n landmarks.
3rd day- went for boxing trial class (quite far- takes 20-30 minutes), bad day, was raining from morning till nite, I was drenched upon reaching the studio. Wind here is very strong, almost blew me away, seriously. I mean like, come on, wat's this? it's suppose to be summer! wanted to do a lot of other stuffs but can't cos everything close. damn. and my draft will only be cleared by wed.
4th day- went to church with aunt, walked to foodtown to get some stuff.
5th day- orientation in morning, uni tour, freebies, signed up for gym.
6ht day- at last! went for gym, uni gym rocks! it's soo huge, bigger than EITP in SS2, it has a boxing studio too!friend came to visit, after she left proceed to britomart to 'the warehouse' to get some mosquito repellant cos stupid mosquitoes bitting me, though they wouldnt hav mosquitoes around here.
7th day- went gym, participated in scavenger's hunt (organize by hostel) around the city, omg, we walked from 1.30 to 5pm; practically walked fr one end to the other of the city, my legs are soo gone by then- it's not even road u noe, there are hills here and there..agh... good thing there is a human map with us, there is 5 of us, the other 4 are exchange students from korea, they spaek really good english! exactly like the americans! I was the only 1st year student in that group, which was great, cos they solved everything. hahaha. well, I'm clueless when it comes to direction. I got lost in my hostel the first two days.
Overall, I've been mixing with a mix of asians and westerners, trying to not stick with the koreans all the time, gotta explore a little ma. hehe. But I still find it easier to converse with asians (even though they are locals). Haven't really got hold of the topics of 'guai lous.' The rarer international students are, russian (1), Briton (1), Holland (1).
oh, and their favourite expression is 'sweet~' 'cool~'
oh, and we have communal toilets haha, guys n gals using the same one. cool~ weird having a guy brushing his teeth beside u when u r washing ur bra .. lol (has not happened to me yet), and guy walking pass ur room with u hanging bra n undies at the doorway. rfol.

Valentines day
Made valentines gift for K.
Was thinking that I should do smth for K too, since he's the one that pays for most of our outing.
Irritating part is, I couldn't find my tools, where is my toolbox?? Anyway, managed to make the gift after some delays (I hate delays).
Was thinking of what to put inside the jar- the gift, hmm.. chocalated? but K said he's been eating too much chocalates and CNY rubbish, which in turn gave him some cough n he's voice changed. ok, how bout the protein bars he's been wanting to get that day? ok, seems like a nice enough idea. Yeah, nice idea, but I can't find it in Savemart. Thought Kiwi fruits will be quite nice too (since it's healthy), bought 2, went home and try to fit it in, damn, it's too big! aaargh~~~!
Okay, I ended up buying a bunch of bananas, and took one out to fit in the jar, which fits perfectly! yay, looks funny too! haha. .and a little naughty. =p
I'm sooo not gonna follow the typical valentines gift, have make it different, with a touch of Huey in it. hehe. and of course it's cheap! You don't need to spend a whole deal on presents really. It's the sincerity that counts. for me at least ==
We had dinner at Vintrys (i think that's the name) at Jaya33, the food suck, big time, DO NOT GO THERE unless you enjoy eating canned tuna, and tasteless spaggetti, and paying through your nose.

@#$% LRT
Stupid train, took me 2.5 hours to get home. The worse part was attempting to stop those bloody taxis at the main-road at 5pm. Stupid taxis just wouldn't stop even though there's no passenger in it. Moreover, if they DO stop, they wouldn't want to take you to your destination. WTF?!
Imagine breathing in all the excretion of the vehicles on road!
Anyway, the train managed to move, so RE-took the train, which is moving slowly, and stopping at stops for an extremely loooong time. Well at least I should be grateful to have a seat. at least I wouldn't need to stand and be squashed like sardin.
Reached my stop, went down, and cross the road without umbrella- it was raining. Held my Graduation cert closely to my chest as I wouldn't want it to get drenched. The Last thing I'd need now is my cert getting ruined.
They shouldn't call it Light Rail Transit, it should be Slow Rail Transit.

Dinner at Future Chef's house
Seriously, we (me, , S and ccy) were there just for the food~ haha
The Seafood cabonara was real good! and yeah it took Nick real long to prepare it. Thx Nick!
The house was so packed! This the first time I've experienced a CNY family gathering consisting of so many people! So this is how CNY family gathering feels like~
My CNY eve dinner used to have more people, nowadays it has shrinked, cause everybody's scatered around the earth.
After dinner we went to NZX, but it was closed, so we just walked around admiring the dazzling man made plum blossom tree embeded with pink and blue lights. It really is a beautiful scene, together with the moonlight lit sky and cool breeze. Of course ignoring the fact that there is this really ugly and irritating stretch of black netting along the walkway. ==lll
S n ccy wanted to catch CJ7 at the cinema, but it'll be kinda late after the show, and also, i told dad i'll be back before 11pm, plus bro's gone to Genting, and parents are not feeling well, and I'm sort of tired (mentally). I have no idea why but I tend to dread going out with friends, it's not that i dislike them, but more so i get tired from social meetings and I feel the burden to actually communicate and not be antisocial. It's like my energy gets zapped away.
We ended up at my house, ccy and S came in S wanted to borrow some or more like a whole lot of my classical cds, lol! and also I need to pass her a blank DVD for the 'jiu wu zhi zhun'. (good luck in finishing to the whole lot of cds S. XD)
Realized my relatives came to visit while I was gone, yes, more angpaus!haha.
We chated for around an hour before they make a move.
one hour after that, ccy's mum called and asked whether he's still with me and S.. lol, i was like, erm..nope he went back an hour ago.. Then she asked for S phone num, cause ccy not picking up hp. lol. maybe they go watch CJ7 liao. haha.

Thailand
Went to Phuket with bro on january 17th-22th-
It was fun, went for Muay Thai, Jet Ski, and swimming!
Yeah, Muay Thai was tough.. bloody hell, the warm up is like skipping for 1/2 an hour?! With some kind off weird old skool- heavy skipping rope or maybe I should put it ..skipping pipe?? The irritating part is the rope is too long! I can't shorten it (cause I'll need to unscrew d nat) so I ended up swinging it harder and positioning me hands further away from my body for like 1/2 hour, and sometimes my palm gets caught in between the holder. aargh!
The rope aside, the workout was kind of fun, cause I learned new stuff such as elbows and knees. Also, they play nice music at the background- old school rock. Great stuff! Seriously the skipping is so boring.. good thing they play nice music.
After like training for 2 days ..2 days ONLY, my calves are done. I can't walk. seriously, going down the stairs is a torture. I'd actually plan to go for more classes but my legs are dead, damn. It's the skipping.. gee why do they hav to skip so long? On the other hand, i'm quite happy I managed to work my calves, usually I don't feel it sore during legs workout.
I'd say their training is more cardio based: pads workout (kicks n punches as instructed), 3-4 rounds of bag workout- last 30 seconds fast non-stop punches or kicks, cool down. Well that's for me cause I'm new. Old timers get to spar. Downside is, they don't teach you much techniques, well, they do correct ur knees and elbows, but A is still a better coach. =p
I was actually thinking of going there to have fun, like, learn some new stuff and not so tiring workout. Thought they are gonna be more lenient towards new comers. Well in the website they mentioned you don't have to be 100% fit and that there are beach goers n people who just wanted to have fun n get some workout join. yeah rite.. uuh tertipu pulak. Or maybe I shouldnt skip properly in the begining so they wouldn't torture me seeing that I'm a noob. lol.
Plus I'm not the kind to say i'm too tired for the next workout, i'll feel bad or smth or in mandarin: bu hao yi si, so I'll hang on till the end.. >_<
3rd Day-
Walked to Muay Thai center in the morning to train (training starts 7.30am), Pat the instructor offered me a lift back, which was cool! Save moi $ from taking motorbike taxis and my legs. thank God. Should have ask earlier for transport. =p
Later in the evening around 4.30pm, me and bro went for a swim; was waiting for the sun to go down.. dun wanna get sunburn or tan. haha. We were the only weirdos walking around with sunglasses , sunblock and umbrella. Had dinner, did some shopping, rented a crappy jeep, went back to our little room to watch TV, and just when we were about to sleep, Pat messsaged asking ur to join them at a bar in Rawai beach. After a bout of yeses and no we decided to go. Which we were glad we did, it was entertaining!
At the bar: there is this dude that hits the tambourine on the bar table (tambourine and shakers provided by bar) which alarms the workers.. haha. and he kept doing that on and off. and took off his shirt n dance inside the bar The workers are so cute and sporting, they too played around with funny man, snatching tambourines, ass hitting, dancing. ooh, they can dance really well! On of the male worker, sorta sissyfied- which actually makes him adorable! can really dance, effeminate style~
I had a glass of water at the begining.. didnt want to drink alchohol, one thing is the calories, another is I can't have full control of myself when I drink which leads to ..stuffs.. and I don't really like not being in full control.. I'll give into temptations. and dissappoint people.. I hate to think of that, it makes me sad. Anyway, I did ordered a Long Island Tea, cause I don't wanna sit there and get bored like the last time I went with A. And I'm glad I did. i kind of drank it really fast, one of the guys was like, wow, slow down, u're gonna go drunk like that. I prefer drinking it fast and get over with it..for alchohols at least. it's not smth i'd like to sip on slowly. cause it's bitter. haha. lame-nya. Bro ordered orange juice/ pineapple juice, can't really remember..haha. Then when I ordered my share of alchohol, he got himself a Singha.
4th day-
Woke up because of gastric, felt bad in the mouth, then I remembered I didn't brush my tongue n teeth after the drink, and the alchohol smell stayed. yucks can't stand it, went and brush till it's pink and clean. felt much better. took 2 tablets of Marlox Plus.
Went to Patong beach, walked around, at a really slow pace and dragging my legs cause my freaking calves are hurting like hell. It's like 30% of my normal walking pace. ugh, irritating. And the sun was soooo hot! it's burning! Can't imagine how those westerners stand the heat; walking around in bikinis, some with seriously sun burned skin. Ouch. @_@
Ordered lunch, which took really loooong to prepare. Good thing we ordered a drink, which we can sip while waiting for the food.
Tried the leg reflextory massage; was thinking maybe I can massage the sore away from my calf muscle.Well, it didn't help much. And I did a really stupid thing by bathing right after the massage (they used tiger balm) and going into a rather cool air-conditioned room. I sort of felt really cold and have to set the heater really high when bathing.. but didn't realize I was sick till the next day.
Went to Go-Go bar at night. Watched some 'performance', and pole dance. Left the place cause bored. Checked out d ladyboys on the street. Wow, they are tall and some are really pretty; their dress are really nice too! I want I want~ Saw a couple dressed SM style.. and didn't look nice in it. ==lll Gackt looks nicer la. gyahaha.
5th day-
Woke up with a heavy head, and thought it's just morning groggy-ness and maybe I should go exercise to wake myself up, turned out I'd fever. Only realise it after a bout of swimming and jet skiing. ==lll didn't do much this day, cause I'm sick.. went to watch the sunset at viewing point in Rawai beach.. didn't enjoy it cause I'm sick. I think I caught a cold cause everytime I bath I felt really bad, like, cold bad.. I need boiling hot water to momentary feel better. Really shouldn't have bath right after massage. Oh, and I had sore thorat too.. and a bit of gastric.
6th day-
Fever still there but better, sore throat, calves hurt.. Anyway it's the last day, just have to survive the journey back and rest.
The next few days my fever's gone but I was attacked by phlem, cough, and generally felt weak. Still, I went for weight workout the 7th day. yeah call me crazy. i like doin the opposite, like workout when sick, go gym during major holidays. Couldn't run without my water tumbler, throat was burning up.. next day went for kickboxing, I was out of breath, dizzy, and nauseatic, damn must be all those antibiotics I'm taking. I took a total of 2 rounds of antibiotics. my good cells are so gone..
It was fun, went for Muay Thai, Jet Ski, and swimming!
